Upona is a platform that allows users to create personalized children’s books using artificial intelligence. You can generate stories, edit them, and create illustrations to accompany each page.

To use Upona, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, including any story text or prompts you provide. However, by using Upona, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use your content to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree not to upload or create content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
5. AI-Generated Content
Upona uses AI models to generate text and images. These outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided “as is,” and you are responsible for reviewing and modifying it before using or sharing it.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our policies.
6. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial licenses (e.g., for selling books) may be subject to additional terms and fees.
